Tover Uniqua Antislip Floor Varnish has a matt finish. It will not alter or change the look of any wood floor. The product will blend in well and it will start protecting within 2 hours. Sealing Old Floors – you can use Tover Uniqua Antislip Floor Varnish as a top coat on any type of wood floor finished with a water based lacquer or varnish. You will need to lightly sand the floor with 120 or 150 grit sandpaper to create a rough surface to provide grip for the varnish. Then vacuum well and apply 1 coat of Tover Uniqua Antislip Floor Varnish . Job done.
Sealing New Floors (or newly sanded) – make sure that the wood surface is sealant free , dust free and dry. Apply 1 coat of Tover Uniqua Antislip Floor Varnish with a varnishing roller. Use a small brush to do around the edges and all hard to reach areas. Wait about 2-3 hours for the varnish to dry and apply 1 more coat. Job done. No need for the 3rd coat.
