PRODUCT INFORMATION:
Highly concentrated hard surface cleaner designed for use on Food Preparation Surfaces, Chopping
Boards, Cabinets, Slicers, Mincers, Bain Maries, Sinks, Tables, Worktops Floors, Walls, Canopies,
Microwaves, Grills, Salamanders, Cooker Tops, etc. to cut through grease & grime

ADVANTAGES:
POWERFUL SOIL Contains a blend of alkalis, sequestering agent, wetting and
REMOVAL: emulsifying agents, which enables it to penetrate, emulsify and
remove grease and grime quickly and efficiently even in hard water
areas
FAST ACTING AND Shift will begin to emulsify oils & fats within minutes of application
VERSATILE: and can be applied easily by spray or mop on all hard surfaces.
COST EFFECTIVE Concentrated solution should be diluted at 30mls to 730mls
CONCENTRATED water therefore reducing & controlling costs
DILUTION: 166 x 750ml Trigger Spray Bottles per 5Lt
EASILY RINSED: Shift can be wiped or rinsed away easily leaving a hygienically clean
surface with no streaks or stains
BIODEGRADABLE: Fully biodegradable.
SOLUBILITY: 100% soluble in water.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Dilute 1:25 (or 30mls in a 750ml trigger spray bottle) with potable water. Apply by spray, mop, brush,
sponge or mechanical cleaner. Allow a few moments contact time before wiping off. Rinse well after
use when diluted less than 1:25. Do not mix with other detergents. (1 x 5Lt = 166 x 750ml Trigger
spray bottles)

SECTION 4: FIRST AID MEASURES
4.1. Description of first aid measures
Inhalation: Remove immediately from source to fresh air. Obtain medical attention if
any discomfort continues.
Skin Contact: Remove contaminated clothing & rinse skin thoroughly with soap & water.
Obtain medical attention if irritation persists.
Eye Contact: Flush eyes with water immediately. Obtain medical attention immediately
Ingestion: DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING! Drink a few glasses of water or milk. Get
medical attention if any discomfort continues.

Inhalation: Spray mists may cause respiratory tract irritation.
Ingestion: May cause internal injury, pain and/or vomiting
Skin contact: Corrosive to skin. May burn the skin after prolonged contact
Eye contact: Damaging to eyes, may lead to the product affecting the natural
lubrication of the eye & cause redness &/or tearing
